Return Policy

KLEO FANS & HVAC – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days for wrong items, defective products, or unused items still in
original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed fans
• Custom-built or special-order products
• Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation

3. Return Process

Customers must contact us with order details, photos (if required), and wait for approval before
sending items back.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection. Exchanges are available
depending on stock availability. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless Kleo Fans & HVAC is at
fault.

5. Warranty Claims

All items come with a manufacturer warranty covering defects unrelated to misuse or poor
installation. Proof of purchase is required for all claims
